In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is in desperate need of various pharmaceutical, hygiene & PPE supplies. EASiBuy is working with OECS to source and understand the supply chain. We are requesting that any and all manufactures and distributors provide any products available. 
The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States/Pharmaceutical Procurement Service (OECS/PPS) has revised its prequalification procedures to ensure that prequalified suppliers offer medical products that conform to World Health Organisation (WHO) standards. In particular, products must meet WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). OECS/PPS will invite only tenderers that are prequalified and are listed in OECS/PPS suppliers’ directory. 
To be included in this event, the "Pre-qualification Form for Distributor and Manufacturer" must be completed prior to the submittal of available products.
OECS will not accept offers unless the Pre-Qualification Form has been submitted.
